Our History
Criterion is a privately owned corporation with over 50 years of combined industrial process experience among its partners. From simple process control applications to complete plant automation projects, Criterion has an answer for your process control needs. Criterion can provide complete solutions from mechanical fabrication, "U" and "R" Stamp Code Work and hardware installation to custom application programming and system integration. Integrating the best available software and hardware technologies successfully while providing World Class Automation solutions is what makes Criterion "The Standard” for industrial process control solutions.
The Owners
Criterion was founded by Criterion’s President, Chris Carda.
Chris is well qualified to bring vision and drive to Criterion;
Having previously been instrumental in building another
industrial automation company over a 13 year period and serving
as Vice President for almost a decade of that time. Constantly
seeking and applying new technologies to solve client’s process
applications has kept Chris in high demand among a satisfied and
loyal customer base.
Criterion’s Vice President Brad Laeger handles fabrication & installation services. Brad oversees management and logistics for shop fabrication as well as field installations. Brad has been supervising crews and managing project resources for 25 years. Being personally on-site to verify accuracy, progress and quality of the work ensures Criterion’s trademark products & services meet the rigid expectations of Brad as well as exceeding the customer's. When a job has to get done safely, on-spec, on-time and within budget; you can bet Brad will deliver!
